Fabric feeder device
The standard fabric feeder device supplied with Monna Lisa® is fitted directly on the mechanical structure of the printer so as to reduce dimensions to the utmost.
The system consists of an axial support that allows loading fabric rolls with a diameter up to 300 mm. (The diameter of the rolls can be increased by means of an optional supplementary device).
A mechanical brake allows regulating fabric roll unwinding so avoiding undesired unwinding, while in the case of stretch fabrics printing a self-unwinding device is available for avoiding stretching.
The fabric is guided on the belt by a series of cylinders that allow tensioning and self-alignment by means of adjustable photocells.
A fabric pressing cylinder on belt, pneumatically-adjustable, ensures a perfect adhesion of fabric.
The controls of the various devices of the fabric feeder system are easily accessible by means of a special push-button panel.
On request, Monna Lisa® is available with a fabric feeder machine for large rolls, with widening cylinder and dandy roll, or else it can be easily interfaced with any other fabric feeder system compatible with step operation.
