Belt

The belt is one of the major component parts of a textile printing machine and that is why Monna Lisa® has been designed and manufactured on the basis of traditional printing units, beginning with the belt and its supporting structure.
The "Habasit" endless-belt belt is identical to that used on the most common flat and rotary machines.
Fitted on a sturdy steel structure, it is moved by two ground cylinders that ensure perfect alignment during forward movement and precise positioning on the printing area.
The covering with permanent adhesive ensures perfect adherence of the fabric on the belt.
The laying of the adhesive is made easier by the special stainless-steel squeegee supplied together with the assembly kit.
The belt features an automatic continuous washing system with relevant drying.
The belt can be moved manually by means of buttons on the panels located on the front and rear of the printer or directly on the  PC control panel of the machine.
